Viva Experience – Women’s Therapeutic Retreat – Isla Mujeres
Journey to the Island of women to empower your authentic self…
As talented women we are often stretched by the external demands of family, career, and community. This Retreat will help us heal, grow, and reconnect to our internal compass by bringing women together in a communal space. By coming back in to contact with our internal wisdom we can walk more confidently on our own unique path.
The Viva Women’s Retreat – to be held over the first weekend in February 2010 – will guide women through Viva Experiences’ 3 steps:
- Exploration – of the self, personal gifts, strengths, desires and passions for living including areas of resistance
- Purification – of fears or old patterns that sabotage divine potential
- Implementation – of new action plans with courage to actualize visions
Beginning the first evening with a welcome and a meditation on our intentions, the retreat will have daily morning yoga as well as supportive actualization of individual goals with active exercises of exploration, purification and implementation (VIVA!) This retreat includes 4 nights of occupancy in the Casa Ixchel boutique hotel directly on the Atlantic coast of the island, breakfast and dinner daily, inner island golf cart transportation and amazing beaches and sunsets. The retreat also includes time for unique and nurturing activities such as open air oceanside massages, a sunset boat ride and dinner, and a snorkeling tour. The retreat is structured with plenty of downtime for relaxation and reflection by the beach or pool if desired as well as many other fun island activities.
