Join us for an intimate journey to the tropical island of Koh Samui, where turquoise waters, lush jungle landscapes, and the gentle rhythm of Thai culture create the perfect setting for renewal and transformation. Designed for a small group of travelers seeking meaningful connection, this retreat blends daily Yoga Asana, Meditation, Pranayama and Mantra practices with Family Constellation work, resulting in a holistic healing experience where you’ll be guided towards expanding your path, and held with love, care and skilled practitioners who are honored to hold this sacred space for you. In addition, there will be cultural exploration, delicious locally sourced vegetarian cuisine, and spacious time for spa treatments, beach time, rest and reflection!

Together, we will immerse ourselves in the beauty and wisdom of Thailand, exploring sacred temples, local traditions, and the natural serenity of island life. About Annabelle

Annabelle Teleki, E-RYT 500, student, teacher, and founder of Satya Retreats. Annabelle first discovered the practice of yoga through Asana in 1997. She weaves the practices of meditation, mantra, pranayama and asana into her classes, sharing her belief that yoga is not something we “do” but rather who we are and are becoming. The true yoga comes into play when life shows up – it is in how we respond, how we treat others, how we are able to look beyond ourselves and be present for the greater good.

Annabelle began teaching Yoga in 2007 while living in the Yucatan, and has been teaching regularly ever since. These days, aside from her annual retreats, Annabelle mostly teaches within the California Prison System, as well as monthly donation-based Y12SR (the Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) classes in the San Francisco Bay Area.

About Sabina

Sabina In 1988, Sabina came to Isla Mujeres, Mexico and fell in love with the potent nature of the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean, white sandy beaches, and lush tropical green. Sabina moved from Germany to Isla to establish a new lifestyle based on a deep love for life and nature. She teaches and works in the fields of yoga, reiki, meditation, rebirthing, and Family Constellations, conducting classes, private sessions and workshops around the world. Sabina has studied with Bert Hellinger and other wonderful teachers in the field of Family Constellation work in Germany, Mexico and the US. Sabina and Annabelle have been partnering and sharing their work together on retreats annually, since 2012!

What’s Included

Round-trip, group Airport Transfers from the Koh Samui airport (USM) to our beautiful resort. **Please coordinate your flight arrival & departure times with us to ensure your transportation is covered.
7 nights’ single or double accommodations, including all taxes
Daily early morning coffee/tea service, fresh fruit
Daily delicious, home-cooked & locally sourced, deliciously healthy vegan/vegetarian meals, beginning with our Welcome Dinner on Saturday, 10/9, and ending with a Farewell Breakfast on Saturday, 10/16.
Daily morning yoga practices with Annabelle: Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and Mantra (please bring your mat). Blocks, blankets & straps will be provided.
Daily late afternoon Family Constellation group sessions with Sabina

Not included:

Airfare, travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, any additional excursions or spa treatments. Gratuities for the airport transfer drivers are not included. Private sessions/readings with Sabina are available @ $75 p/p USD – these are extra/not included, and can be booked onsite.

Entry VISA

A valid passport is required for entry to Thailand.

**Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your retreat end date.

Thailand currently allows visa-free entry for short tourist stays for U.S. passport holders (this trip), although it has recently tightened some visa-exemption rules, so it’s wise to check current requirements shortly before departure. If your country of origin is outside the U.S., please check the web for specific visa requirements.

Immunizations

No vaccines are legally required for entry into Thailand if you’re traveling directly from the U.S. If your country of origin is not the U.S., please check the web for specific immunization requirements.

There are no required vaccinations for travel to Thailand when originating in the US. However, some recommended (suggested) vaccinations are given by the CDC.
