Join us for a 4-night Retreat in beautiful, enchanting Kerala!
This is an experience for those seeking deep healing through personalized, daily Ayurvedic treatments in a luxury setting. Think rest, restore, rejuvenate!

Annabelle Teleki, E-RYT 500, student, teacher, and founder of Satya Retreats. Annabelle first discovered the practice of yoga through Asana in 1997. She weaves the practices of meditation, mantra, pranayama and asana into her classes, sharing her belief that yoga is not something we “do” but rather who we are and are becoming. The true yoga comes into play when life shows up – it is in how we respond, how we treat others, how we are able to look beyond ourselves and be present for the greater good.
Annabelle began teaching Yoga in 2007 while living in the Yucatan. She has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa Flow & Deep Flow Yoga in the SF Bay Area since 2008. She has also been teaching Trauma-Adapted Yoga in California prisons since 2017, and Y12SR (The Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) since 2015.
Annabelle founded Satya Retreats in 2009, and has been running international retreats for herself and many incredible teachers since then.

We strongly recommend contacting your chosen provider once you have committed to your retreat. As coverage has timelines, it is not advisable to wait to purchase it!
If you elect not to purchase travel insurance, you will be responsible for 100% of any costs incurred for trip cancellation or interruption. Be sure to understand the fine print of the policy you select to ensure you know exactly what is and isn’t covered.

A valid passport and tourist visa are required for entry to India.
The India visa process can be confusing and lengthy. We suggest using a visa-processing service such as Travel Visa Pro, which can help you get your visa for a reasonable fee. However, if you prefer to do it on your own, that is fine. This is also manageable with so much information at our fingertips on the web.
Suggested Visa Processing service:
Travel Visa Pro: www.travelvisapro.com
Phone: 1-866-378-1722
During the visa process, you may be asked if you are traveling on a package tour. Your response to this question should be “No.” Although we are traveling together in India, your travel to India is not a package tour because your arrival in and departure from India are independent of Satya Retreats and not with the group. You may also have your own travel plans before or after the trip, and as such, your travel to India should be considered independent.
During the visa process, you will be asked for your address while in India. Once you are registered, this information will be provided in your Welcome Letter.
Immunizations:
There are no required vaccinations for travel to India at this time. However, the CDC does offer recommendations/suggestions.
Please refer to the CDC website and contact your Doctor to decide which immunizations you feel you will need.
