Join Laurie Eagle for a 3-day weekend of yoga & nature in one of the most breathtaking National Parks in the world!.

Fall is the perfect time to reset our rhythms and ground down as we move into the Vata or windy season. Removing toxins that are built up from the summer and nourish our bodies as we move into shorter & colder days.

We will gather at a beautiful lodge just outside the park, offering a swimming pool, hot tub, countless activities including hiking trails, nearby meadows, games and more. This setting also offers space just to BE. Come and rest, restore, read, nap, hike or enjoy a massage. Rejuvenate with twice daily yoga and delicious shared meals.

Lodging includes both vintage & luxury private cabins with decks as well as 2-bedroom family cabins. Singles, doubles, triples and quads are also available. All cabins are in a peaceful & serene setting. Space is limited.

About Laurie

Laurie’s exploration of the body and body movement began as a child. A former gymnast and lifetime athlete, she began practicing & studying yoga 20 years ago. Prior to teaching yoga, she sold medical equipment for over a decade. Laurie’s classes are nurturing & grounding with a slow and steady build. She trained in various styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Viniyoga & Pre/Post-natal. She is inspired by her teachers Janet Stone, Jody Greene, John Gaydos, Jane Austin, Max Strom, Felicia Tomasko & Tiffany Cruikshank. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer.

Vintage Cabins – 1 or 2 persons

Ideal for more budget conscious travelers. These charming Vintage Cabins feature a cozy room with queen bed, small reading area and a covered, big timber front porch.

Deluxe Cabins – 1 or 2 persons

Ideal for couples or individual travelers. These spacious Deluxe Cabins feature a king or queen bed, a large sitting area with queen sofa bed and a private deck facing into nature. Many of these cabins also include charming cast iron gas fireplaces.

Two-Bedroom Family Cabins – 2 to 4 persons

The two-bedroom family cabins are large, and feature a bedroom with king or queen bed, another bedroom with two twin beds, a comfortable living room with queen sofa bed and a private deck off the living room. These spacious cabins offer ample room to spread out and are the most popular choice for families as well as friends wanting to share space comfortably.
