Central America ~ Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama and Costa Rica

Retreat to Central America ~ a tapestry of cultures, a destination that still remains relatively undiscovered.

Guatemala

Retreat to Guatemala, a magical destination which captures both the rich Mayan culture and traditions as well as some of the most stunning and beautiful scenery in the world! With more than 20 Mayan languages spoken, Guatemala is the region’s true indigenous heartland.

Allow us to help you create a most unique and diverse retreat experience. Spend several days soaking in some of the most breath-taking views and warm, hospitable energy in Lake Atitlan, and end your retreat with a day or two in the ancient and most charming city of Antigua.

We have 2 beautiful and very different destination offerings in the Lake Atitlan region! One is geared for larger yoga groups (up to 40) and the other is a smaller, more intimate luxury property which can house between 10-15.  Both have spectacular lake views and offer exceptional retreat experiences!

Guatemala…with its colorful and vibrant mercados to its green lush countryside, here you will find inspiration, tradition, peace and natural beauty like no other!

Nicaragua

Retreat to Nicaragua! Here you will experience near empty palm-fringed beaches with a little bit of mellow Caribbean culture. Our chosen retreat destination is located on a small island, approximately 90 km off the Caribbean coast ~ Remote, exotic and special.  Small, pristine, undiscovered by most… a classic barefoot paradise, with sugary beaches shaded by waving coconut palms.  It’s the simple life here, you get the feeling of going back in time…there are no high rise buildings, shopping malls, or glitzy resort hotels, and no cars!

Immerse yourself in the Elements – fall asleep and awaken with the sound of the ocean’s waves, the wind and the birds…feel the sun on your skin, enjoy the peaceful white sandy beaches, swim in the blue waters, practice yoga in a gorgeous open air studio in the jungle!

A real tropical paradise that flows with the rhythm of its African roots and culture, speaking mainly Creole English in addition to Spanish.

Celebrate simplicity, rest, restore, rejuvenate!
