Satya Retreats 3 day Cultural Immersion to Merida!

With Annabelle Teleki

Merida, Mexico
Monday, November 12th – Thursday, November 15th, 2018

Join us for 3 days in the colorful and friendly city of Merida – the capital of Yucatan!

Being in this picturesque city is like taking a trip back in time. Its colonial architecture, busy markets, gorgeous cathedrals and authentically delicious restaurants, make for a truly magical experience of old Mexico.

We will stay in a casually elegant Guest House/Inn – a beautifully restored 250 year old colonial mansion, located in the heart of this safe and serene “white city”.

There will be time to explore the city by foot, visit museums, galleries and some of the best shopping in the state!

We will also have the opportunity to visit a cenote: a deep natural well or sinkhole, formed by the collapse of surface limestone that exposes ground water underneath, which was, at times, used by the Mayans for sacrificial offerings. There is said to be more than 5000 cenotes in Yucatan. Being in this energy and swimming in its clear, healing waters is an experience and a privilege unlike any other.

There will also be time to visit some nearby ruins!

Our retreat center is small and intimate, space is limited and will likely sell fast! Your $500 Non-Refundable “Placeholder” deposit will secure your spot!
